Emma Pask is at the height of her powers as a singer” – Australian Arts Review

Soulful delivery, soaring range and magnetic stage presence” – Time Out

Award winning vocalist Emma Pask, is heading to 5 Eliza St.

Back in 2020, amidst the Covid lockdowns it was Emma who helped breathe life back into the Sydney Live music scene. She was chosen by the Sydney Opera House to launch the first of their live streamed concerts from the stage of the hallowed Joan Sutherland Theatre, and it was this performance from Emma and her swinging trio that took home the Time Out Award’ for favourite Arts Livestream. Coming out of lockdown it was the EMMA PASK Big Band that roared life back in to the Sydney Live Music Scene as they took to the stage for a SOLD out performance in the middle of the city, at Sunset Piazza.

Emmas effortless honest stage presence combined with her powerful vocal ability, leaves audiences spellbound and inspired whenever she takes to the stage. She has headlined the Havana Jazz Festival in Cuba, toured her band throughout Europe, Asia and Australia. Emma has sung in London at The Queen Elizabeth Hall with the BBC Concert Orchestra, the Sydney Opera House with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban had Emma sing their Bridal waltz. She has performed in China with The Shanghai Symphony Orchestra, Auckland with the NZ Philharmonic, and with the WA Symphony Orchestra in Perth. She has received rave reviews for her performances in Uruguay, South America, and is a regular at the prestigious Ascona Jazz Festival in Switzerland. With Latin Superstar Ricky Martin singing her praises on series 2 of The Voice Australia, you wont want to miss her live.

Her talent was first spotted by multi- instrumentalist James Morrison during one of his regular high schools visits when she was just 16 years old, Emma Pask sang with the Morrison band that very night and went on to collaborate with Morrison for the next twenty years building up a reputation, both nationally and internationally, as one the countrys finest jazz singers.
