The VIP Village and Golden View Bar are fully licensed and all VIP Village ticket holders must be 18 years of age or over. Minors may enter the VIP Village and Golden View areas in the company of VIP ticketholder, but must be under the direct supervision and in the immediate company of a parent or guardian aged 25 years or over at all times (subject to licence conditions).
1. Splendour in the Grass 2020 will take place in the month of July 2020. This is the period of validity for the tickets purchased in the 2019 Black Friday Sale and they cannot be used for any other event.
2. At the time of the 2019 Black Friday Sale, Splendour in the Grass 2020 event dates are yet to be announced.
3. We will notify purchasers by email once Splendour in the Grass 2020 event dates are made available. Purchasers of the 2019 Black Friday Sale may apply for a refund if they can no longer attend. Refund requests will not be accepted after 5pm AEDT 31 January 2020 or 5 business days after the announcement of the dates, whichever the latter.
4. Tickets purchased in the 2019 Black Friday Sale are not permitted to be resold in the official Splendour in the Grass Resale Facility, should such a facility exist or be offered.
5. Maximum of 2 tickets per person can be purchased in the 2019 Black Friday Sale release.
6. Patrons must be 18+ at the time of the event to access the VIP Village area.
7. Ticketholders MUST show valid Photo ID at the Event entrance bearing the same name and date of birth details as those printed on their Event Ticket.
