Moshtix is the authorised online ticketing agent for Groovin The Moo 2017. This includes the sale and potential resale of Event tickets for the 2017 event.

Terms and Conditions of Ticket Resale:

- In the event that a purchaser of tickets to Groovin The Moo cannot attend the festival, they may offer their ticket(s) for resale online via www.moshtix.com.au for purchase by another customer.

• - Groovin The Moo tickets may be offered for resale by existing ticket holders from 9/02/17 until 48 hours before gates open.
  
  

• - Tickets listed for resale will be sold to new customers at the original face value of the ticket. The moshtix ticketing system will regulate this price point.
  
  

- Customers reselling their ticket(s) will be charged a $6.00 resale fee for each ticket re-sold. If the ticket is re-sold the customer will be refunded the full value of their ticket less booking fees.

- Customers who re-sell their ticket(s) will only receive their refund when another customer purchases their ticket(s) through the moshtix Resale Facility.

- If your ticket is not sold at the close of the resale, 48 hours before gates open, your resale fee will be refunded and your original ticket purchase deemed valid.

- If tickets offered for resale are not resold, then the tickets are deemed to be the property of the original purchaser.

- Refunds are processed back to the credit card used for the original purchase, which may differ to the credit card charged for the resale fee.

- Tickets purchased through the Resale Facility, and fees related to the Resale Facility are priced inclusive of GST and may incur a booking fee.

- Moshtix accepts MasterCard, VISA and AMEX.

- Resale of tickets to Groovin The Moo via any means other than moshtix contravenes the terms and conditions of the event and may result in the ticket holder being denied entry to the festival.
