Recieve and Rename Assets
|

|
There are two asset types, a 3-fold and a 4-fold ticket. Each contains: 3-fold: Single image - 700x320px 4-fold: 2x images - 350x465px
1) Give all of the assets a unique filename. EG: [EVENTID_EVENT_TICKET], 1234_MarcoPolo_Ticket.jpg

Create a Template
|

|
|
1) After logging into Admin and navigating to the client account, go to Client CCR → Account Tab → Ticket Templates.
2) Click New Template.
3) Give your ticket template a unique name. EG: Marquee_2019, VIP, Adult GA
4) Select the template type you need from the dropdown.
5) Upload your image using the uploader and click Save.

Previewing Templates

|
On the Manage Ticket Templates page, use the magnifying glass to preview the ticket.

Use the pencil tool to make any edits you need to the template.

Loading Tickets
|

|
If you have created the your ticket types already and are applying at an organiser or event level you will have to apply the template to each ticket type.
You can load the ticket to event organiser, event or ticket type: 1) Go to Manage Templates 2) Select your Event.
3) Select your Ticket type. 4) Use the drop down to select your Ticket Template. 5) Repeat as many times as needed and click Save.

Checking Your Ticket

In order to check your ticket is appearing correctly: 1) Copy the Ticket ID of the ticket you want to check.

2) Go to Site Admin → Ticket Templates
3) In the ‘Existing Templates’ section, search for your Event Organiser. 4) Use your browser’s ‘Find’ tool and search for the ID you copied in the last step. 5) You may preview the ticket but always download and preview for an accurate test. 6) If you need to make any changes, do so and upload again.
