Tickets to this year's South Australian Music Awards (SAM Awards) are on sale now!

Over 160 local South Australian acts have been nominated across 12 genre categories this year, making this a record-breaking year of nominations. 

Among the artists nominated across the punk, electronic, jazz, experimental, hip hop and pop genres are pop-punk duo Teenage Joans (who took home seven awards last year!), experimental outfit SONS OF ZÖKU, DJ and producer Motez and Aboriginal-Australian duo Electric Fields.

Finalists will be announced a week out from the award ceremony which is set to be hosted at Hindley Street Music Hall on Thursday 17 November.
