Gympie Music Muster Announce First Round Lineup & Introduce Ambassadors

The 2015 festival will be held over four massive days from Thursday 27th - Sunday 30th August, with organisers today providing the first glimpse of this year's lineup, including:

Making her Muster debut is five time Grammy Award Winning singer/songwriter, Mary Chapin Carpenter, whose two-and-a-half-decade recording career has seen her sell 13 million records and develop a remarkably loyal and devoted international fan base. Mary's Muster appearance will be her only Queensland performance. Joining Mary on her world tour and performing a special one-off showcase at the Muster is Tift Merrit, who has been compared to artists like Joni Mitchell and Emmylou Harris.
Blues fans are in for a treat with the legendary Ian Moss headlining the Blues & Roots Bar and in the same venue and making a welcome return after tearing down the house last year is the incendiary Mason Rack Band. What's more, lovers of classic Aussie Rock will not be disappointed when the likes of Ross Wilson, Frankie J Holden & Wilbur Wilde and Mental As Anything hit the stage.
Adding to the excitement of today's lineup announce, the Muster has also revealed two hot new ambassadors who can't wait to get behind this year's event - Australia's current reigning King of Country, Adam Brand, and its brightest and most beautiful young star, fresh from X-Factor 2014, Gympie's own Caitlyn Shadbolt.
