Yakka's Education Station!

After a long hiatus, our masterclasses are returning! These are intimate events seated around a communal long table in a 1920's dancehall. We've got a lineup of passionate people to come talk about a region or wine topic that they're excited about, while guiding you through a tasting of wines from around the world with some cheese & charcuterie as you go.

#3 is Vermouth, Amaro & Aperitifs w/ Manu Bonjour of Cerbaco

Manu will be exploring the history behind vermouth, the process behind amaro and various aperitifs from around his homeland of France and also here on Australian soil.

Tickets are $40+bf and include the guided tasting of 6 vermouth, amaro & aperitifs + light snacks.

Thursday 17.10.24 6.30 - 8pm @ Yakka, Port Kembla

Feel free to stick around afterwards and there'll be the option to have dinner delivered from some of Port Kembla's favourite food establishments and for a glass of wine (these are optional and to be purchased separately).
