WINTER SERIES FT. AUSTIN ATO & JOYCE MUNIZ

Austin ATO is a DJ/producer from Scotland who makes colourful and pulsing records for sweaty basements and massive festivals. As well as releasing on labels such as Phonica, Classic and more Austin has also graced stages all over the world.

It was a no brainer to get Austin ATO on our Thick as Thieves label with his latest release dropping this May - Can you Jack which features on our Winter Series launch video.

Austin ATO is joined by Brazil born, Joyce Muniz who's music has been released on respected dance labels including K7!, Permanent Vacation, Desert Hearts, Get Physical, Exploited, Pokerflat, Gigolo, and Pets Recordings.

Through her constant creative output and her countless DJ appearances, Joyce Muniz has built a loyal following around the world in recent years.

Workshops for music production in cooperation with Native Instruments have given her further recognition and credibility in the global dance community, as well as features and collaborations with key players in the club scene.

Joined by a class section of local supports and residents, kicking things off from 7am, this is a party from start to finish, in true Thick as Thieves style.

ACCESSIBILITY
Revolver Upstairs is located on the 1st floor at 299 Chapel St, Prahran. Unfortunately due to the age and heritage listing of building and the accompanying occupancy permit it is not wheelchair accessible. For people with limited mobility, not in a wheelchair the venue is relatively easy to navigate once upstairs, with the performance areas, bar and toilets on the same level.

TRANSPORT OPTIONS

Via Train
The nearest station is Prahran on the Sandringham line. The venue is a short 500m walk from station, see below for details:

Via Tram
Tram routes that service our location are 78 (stop 45), 6 (stop 31) and 72 (stop 31).

Via Bus:
Bus route 603 (get off at Chapel St/Commercial Rd) and 604 (get off at Chapel St/Malvern Rd)

Via Car:
There are numerous secure and street parking options in the area.

Via Taxi / Uber / Shebah:
Please speak to management if you would like assistance in acquiring an Uber or Taxi from our venue, details such as car license plate and time of leaving can be recorded upon request. If you would prefer a female only ride service we recommend Shebah: www.shebah.com.au

Parking
Chapel Street and most side streets are restricted to one hour of free parking. After 6pm there is no restrictions on how long you park. There are no metres, parking is free. Additionally there are two free councils carparks which grant two hours of free parking during the day and untimed free parking after 6pm. Be sure to check signage to ensure compliance. There is a paid carpark off King Street.
