Duck spring rolls, with hoisin & house chili dipping sauce

Bubble & squeak bites, lemon wedge,  mustard dill, thyme mayonnaise 

Prawn & chorizo skewers, with smoked romesco & charred lime 

MAINS

Spinach & basil pesto casarecce, stracciatella, compressed tomato, parmesan snow, roasted pine nut & Pedro Ximenez balsamic

Pan fried fish of the day, with smoked kipflers, romesco, grilled broccolini, lime & chili butter

300g sirloin, with choice of sauce and sides v
