Kate and Nelly’s irreverent banter, infectious laughter and truth bombs are beloved by their loyal and growing audience. Finally, someone is talking about being single, middle-aged and thriving.

Between them, comedian Nelly Thomas and podcaster Kate Mulholland were in long-term relationships for 52 years. THEY ARE NOW BACK ON THE SHELF. AND BLOODY LOVING IT. We were raised to think being single and over 40 meant a life of loneliness, failure and Lean Cuisine. Kate and Nelly accept that parts of being single are hard, but they celebrate their independence, autonomy, new skills, dating, having the bed to yourself and learning to use power tools. They counter the doom-and-gloom narrative.
