Do I need a parent/legal guardian to accompany me?
This is a fully supervised all-ages event with anyone over 12 not requiring a parent or legal guardian to accompany them. However, patrons under the age of 12 can attend but must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian on the day.
What sort of safety measures are in place at the event?
The Push works hard to ensure all young people who attend our events feel safe and supported. Here are some of the ways we ensure attendees safety:
All The Push staff are required to have a valid Working With Children Check, and we’ll have multiple staff in attendance on event day.
All events run by The Push are alcohol, smoke, vape and drug free with security completing bag checks on arrival.
A chill out space will be provided for young people experiencing sensory overload throughout the event, or for anyone needing a quiet space away from the live bands.
First Aid Officers and staff with experience working directly with young people will be present throughout the duration of the event.
If you have specific questions about safety measures please email hello@thepush.com.au
