It gives me great pleasure in representing the Committee to present this Cup Day, promoting and encouraging you to be a part of the 2021 Carlton Draught Murray Bridge Gold Cup and trust that in the following, you will find a package to suit your preferred needs. 

This year's Cup, hopefully without the severe shackles of the recent COVID-19 pandemic and its restrictions, promises to be one of the best events at the new Gifford Hill track. I’m confident we will attract a quality field, racing on what is arguably the Fairest Australian Horse Racing Track, allowing all horses the best opportunity to produce their best on the day. If a local trainer can win it would be the icing on the cake.

I once again would like to thank our major sponsor on the day, Carlton United Brewery, who have been a stoic and valuable partner on Cup Day and throughout the seasons for over 15 years. The success of our Cup Day's would not be possible without theirs and all sponsors on the day ongoing support and faith in the product. We do sincerely offer our ongoing appreciation to them all.

Finally, I would encourage everyone to keep the 15th of October free and book early to avoid disappointment as packages do sell quickly. The Carlton Draught Marquee is the place to be for the more traditional racing enthusiast. Have a flutter and get the latest information from the abundant TV screens and TAB facilities, watch the horses as they thunder down the home straight to the winning post from the private marquee or enjoy a short walk to the fence line for prime viewing, whilst enjoying or entertaining friends and/or business associates. This package includes a delicious 3 course lunch with a premium beverage package perfect for those making a day of it.

The Track Side Lawns

The Track Side Lawns package is for those who are looking for something more relaxed but still be trackside witnessing the real meaning behind horsepower as they cross the finishing line. You will have access to a private bar to avoid queues and finger food food with locally sourced seasonal accompaniments for your group.

Entry into the racecourse

Entry into The Track Side Lawns

Reserved seating and / or tables depending on party size

Private cash bar

Finger food

General Admission

This is a ticket only event, if you wish to attend as general admission it is essential you pre-purchase your ticket. You can purchase this online via the Murray Bridge Racing Club website or Moshtix to enter through a dedicated gate and avoid waiting in queues. General admission will have strictly no access to inside Bridges Event Centre and must remember this when attending on the day.
