TURN ON THE LIGHTS!

4 years ago, in the midst of the 2021 lockdowns, THE BROKEN MILL was performed on stage as part of the Melbourne Cabaret Festival. Now, it has been revamped and revitalised into a full-length concept album performed by a gaggle of talented Naarm artists.

The story tells of a rundown old theatrical establishment known as THE BROKEN MILL, where washed up musicians and outcasts from society flock to perform for the masses. They are led by a selfish matriarch known only as Mama, who plans to exploit them for all they’re worth. We join the cast on their final ever performance at THE BROKEN MILL, a night that will end in tragedy and death…

To celebrate the release of THE BROKEN MILL, the entire cast and band will be performing the album IN FULL for ONE NIGHT ONLY at SHOTKICKERS!
