Original jazz

The Adventurers are a jazz band devoted to presenting original music that will take their listeners on a grand musical adventure, utilising compositional influences from jazz greats and legends such as John Coltrane and Ben Wendel and other great musical influences such as video game music and Japanese music. This group features the talent of eager adventurers of this music, united to explore melody, harmony and rhythm to create something epic and true to us as improvisers and musicians. The Adventurers is led by tenor saxophonist and principal composer, Aidan Wong, and he will be joined by the unique voices of Eric Tsai (guitar), Joe Smith (piano), Callum Eggins (bass) and Mitchell Minotto (drums). Join us on an epic adventure as we take you through vast soundscapes that will leave you longing for more!
