***For Companion Card holders, simply present your valid card when you arrive to have your ticket scanned, and your companion will be given complimentary entry to assist you throughout the event. The same applies for Carer Card holders, who will be given free admission when attending to assist a paid ticketholder. Please note that an admission ticket must be purchased to receive complimentary carer or companion entry, and that both parties must be present upon admission to the event.

We ask that patrons follow our COVIDSafe guidelines and directions as laid out below (and at the venue itself):

• In line with Victorian Government requirements, all attendees aged 18 and over (including but not limited to ticket holders, exhibitors, volunteers and Supanova crew) must show proof of vaccination or valid medical exemption to be admitted entry into the event;
• If you are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, PLEASE STAY HOME. These symptoms include but are not limited to fever, runny nose and sore throat;
• Maintain physical distance requirements (1.5 metres) at the event;
• Please wash your hands frequently using the hand sanitiser located throughout the event;
• Follow all signage and directions from Volunteers, Crew and COVID Marshalls at the event;
• Wear a mask at all times while indoors or whenever you are unable to maintain social distancing.

We ask that you do not attend the event if:

• You feel unwell, or have COVID-19 symptoms;
• You have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 14 days;
• You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 14 days;
• You have travelled overseas, or to a declared COVID-19 Hotspot, Red, or Orange Zone in the previous 14 days;
• You are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated without a valid medical exemption.

We will be working with the Melbourne Showgrounds to comply with their COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines, which can be found on their website.

If you have pre-purchased an admission ticket but are unable to attend due to required self-isolation, government advice or are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, please get in touch with the team at Moshtix, who will be able to assist you in organising a refund.
