ALIYA is a pop-rock musician creating on Gadigal land, drawing inspiration from powerhouses like Olivia Rodrigo, Maggie Lindemann, and Paramore’s Hayley Williams. Her music dives deep into the realms of thoughts that run through her head either in or out of a relationship. Reflecting on her own journey and experiences, ALIYA wonders if these thoughts just belong to her?

Performing regularly around Sydney, Australia, ALIYA invites listeners into her world through her lens of anxious vulnerability while learning to harness her own energy to overcome the challenges of life.

Emerging from the nocturnal pulse of Sydney, Midnight Zephyr is a captivating alternative rock band that has been painting the local music scene with their pop sensibilities and evocative lyrics since their inception in 2020. The quartet, consisting of lead vocalist/guitarist John McCarthy, bassist/vocalist Nick Seroukas, lead guitarist Aaron Sedlak, and drummer Leroy Heta, came together with a shared desire to create a sonic experience that transports listeners to unseen realms.

Influenced by the likes of Muse, Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as pop acts such as Dua Lipa and DNCE, the band carved a niche for themselves with a sound that oscillates between loud choruses and softer melodic verses that keep the audience at bated breath.
