One of the country’s most exciting emerging acts, Sonny Grin, is bringing his signature brand of dance music and high-energy live show to The Lansdowne on Friday April 28. The Sydney/Eora producer and multi-instrumentalist will be supported by local RnB Soul icon Mike Champion and Indie-Pop songstress Nicole Issa.  

No stranger to the studio or stage, Sonny Grin has produced tracks and played drums for dozens of established Aussie acts. Since launching his solo project in 2018, Sonny has built an impressive collection of feel-good dance tunes, which have gained millions of streams online, and earned him a community of devoted fans. 

2022 was a massive year for indie dance artist, seeing the release of his debut EP 'Racha' to critical acclaim, with all three singles receiving airtime on taste maker station Triple J and international support. Sonny's loyal fanbase showed their passion for his music as they turned out in force and packed into venues to see his live show during the EP tour along the East Coast of Australia. The EP tour saw Sonny play a sold-out show at Sydney’s live music haven, The Vanguard, with the crowd marvelling at Sonny wielding multiple instruments in a mesmerising performance while joined by a talented array of collaborators and special guests. 

In what will be Sonny Grin's first headline show since his 2022 EP tour, anticipation is high for the hometown hero to hit The Lansdowne stage for a night that should not be missed.
