SLEEPING WITH SIRENS

Good Things Festival Sideshow

Sleeping With Sirens have crafted a unique path in modern alternative rock over 14 years, with five studio albums and thousands of shows under their belt. The band—Kellin Quinn (vocals, keyboards), Nick Martin (rhythm guitar), Justin Hills (bass), and Matty Best (drums)—continues to blend honest lyricism with unforgettable riffs and powerful percussion, all while exploring new creative frontiers. Their deep connection with listeners has made them a beacon of hope.

On their sixth album, Complete Collapse, the band confronts the complexities of modern life. “We’re coming to terms with the new reality,” explains Quinn. The album is heavy both in sound and emotion, reflecting the challenges of a rapidly changing world. The band emphasizes the importance of expressing their voice through music, rather than social media.

Complete Collapse features a lineup of guest artists, including Spencer Chamberlain from Underoath on the lead single “Crosses,” Charlotte Sands on “Let You Down,” Royal & The Serpent on “Be Happy,” and Dorothy on “Us.” These collaborations mark a new approach for the band, enhancing the album’s diverse sound.

Storytelling remains central to their evolution, with Complete Collapse connecting to themes from previous releases. Songs like “Family Tree” reference earlier work, bridging the gap between their first and latest albums.

Looking ahead, Sleeping With Sirens sees this album as a stepping stone. They aim to explore new sounds while staying true to their roots, ensuring they remain a respected name in alternative rock.
