Nick Barker has been a fixture on the Melbourne Music scene for more than half his life.
From the “little band” scene of the early 1980’s to the his public debut in 1989 with Nick Barker and the Reptiles. Then his acclaimed first solo album Happyman which spawned the Triple J Hottest One Hundred top 20 placed 'Timebomb'. Solo or with his band, he is an outstanding performer evidenced by his many recordings and live performances. Nick is a working musician, a ‘tradesman’, and for over the past 20 years has toured Australia, the UK and Europe regularly.
