This late June, join FBR ROM to do good things better as we launch our inaugural fundraiser festival— METROPOLIS. Taking place across five iconic venues in Sydney's CBD,  this event celebrates the artistry and innovation in the industries we love. We've partnered with USFIN ATELIER, Club 77, Bodega Collective, Oatly Milk, Photosignature and Zest — industry pioneers all committed raising funds for research in reducing waste.

In other words, let's rave to reduce waste. 

This festival is the launchpad for FBR ROM's innovations in the food & beverage industry. Our breakthrough research has uncovered a method to reduce waste in the coffee industry by a groundbreaking 20%. Bringing this innovation to market requires support. Your participation not only fuels this crucial research but also supports the open-source distribution of our findings to businesses world-wide. 

More than just a party, the proceeds  of 'METROPOLIS' will be dedicated to securing the necessary funding for our innovations and support our continuing research.

Each venue was selected for its commitment to excellence in its industry. Begin your journey with the "Party in the booth" event at Photo-signature, an interactive frenzy of flash and fantasy, where every photo captures a moment of rebellion against the mundane. The circuit continues with CUTS n' CUPS, where USFIN ATELIER, the renowned avant-garde hair salon morphs into a kinetic dance hall featuring a boiler room-style DJ set, live hair performances, and curated drinks and coffee. Continue to FBR cafe to enjoy a coffee brew bar and hard groove DJ set in a intimate setting. As the night deepens, find yourself at Club 77, the climax of Sydney’s nightlife.
