ORACLE NIGHTS - March Presents: St. Bedlam, SteezE and DJ Thensum curated by Grace Chia. Welcome to the new monthly hip-hop nights at ALTAR. Every third Wednesday of the month come get aquatinted with some of Tasmania’s best under ground hip-hop artists all for FREE!

Impacted by a diverse range of artists, St.Bedlam developed a desire for eclecticism in her production and composition. St.Bedlam commands the stage with a potent presence. Her intensity captivates audiences from the moment she grabs the mic, cloaking large crowds in an intimate atmosphere and illuminating small venues.

Recently, St. Bedlam has expanded her creative pursuits with the launch of "Bedlam's Zinery," a shop for her self-published magazines & artworks. St.Bedlam is an advocate for those healing from complex trauma and living with mental illness. She uses her art, experience and knowledge to foster a community who’s conscious of their impact and aware that change starts from within.

SteezE is one of the Tasmanian hip-hop scene’s strongest contributors. Whether that be his own project as SteezE, his improv hip-hop, punk & post-punk band - OM3, or his many contributions to producing events and supporting gigs to keep our scene thriving. Known for his effortless, introspective freestyles, classic boom-bap beats and his all round love for hip-hop and live music, SteezE always comes with flavour, substance and passion.
