Gender equality is a hot topic for the music industry. Much conversation in the last few years has been about identifying the issues - but what specific solutions can the industry identify for ensuring women are represented on the airwaves, on stages, on festivals, in the studio and in the boardroom?

MusicNSW is convening an industry roundtable focusing on women in the electronic music industry and the development of practical, achievable, strategic next steps for improving the gender balance within electronic music.
