The spellbinding, cosmic force of nature that is MAYATRIX & THE PSYCHICS, formerly known as MOANA, invite you to get HOT and HEAVY on a wintery Friday night at Mojos Bar, Fremantle. Coming off a string of big live shows and notable achievements in 2023 including supporting worldwide icons Karnivool and DEF FX, taking out Best Australian Music Video at the Prague Music Video Awards, releasing their first single under the new moniker ‘Mortal & Divine’ which received a WAM Song Of The Year nomination, as well as internationally debuting their short animated rock-opera ‘The Colour Red’ across Europe and the USA, MAYATRIX & THE PSYCHICS are on fire! This year they released a new single 'Black Moon Medicine' and are eager to get back on stage to keep the magic flowing from their epic launch party earlier this year.

Fronted by multi-disciplinary artist Moana Mayatrix in collaboration with Lochlan Hoffmann, Willow Fearns and Yann Vissac, MAYATRIX & THE PSYCHICS evoke the heady allure of the dark and mysterious, conjuring the raw heft of rock with the spirit of the surreal and sensual. Jolting your cerebral cortex like some psychedelic fever dream, dazzling audiences with their electrifying stagecraft, MAYATRIX & THE PSYCHICS are a dynamic force not to be missed.

Along for the hot and heavy party are hefty blues-rock legends THE FLOORS and psychedelic Freo rockers THE PMX (who have just released their album "Temenos").
