I AM CAT, Katriina and Leila invite you to an eclectic, prismatic and innovative evening of music, combining rap and R&B, electronic and experimental pop music.

Katriina is a Thai-Australian rapper and R&B artist known for her genre-blending sound and emotionally charged lyrics. Drawing inspiration from artists like Doja Cat, SZA, and PinkPantheress, her music fuses silky vocals, catchy rhythms, and sharp lyricism. Whether playful or introspective, Katriina’s songs explore identity, femininity, and vulnerability with a fresh, modern edge.

I AM CAT creates captivating and evocative dark pop and electronic music, influenced by mental health, self-discovery and trying to combine the dark and light.

Leila is a songwriter, composer, producer and musician. Weaving song, soundscape, poetry and breath, Leila creates evocative, ethereal and cinematic worlds that bewitch audiences. Combining her eclectic training and influences across classical and contemporary music, her work uniquely blends operatic and theatrical vocals, lush orchestral arrangements and electronics. Leila has written for and performed with bands, choirs, orchestras, operas, ensembles, dance and theatre and performed at venues including the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Biennale and Sydney Fringe. Leila is interested in the power of the arts to uplift, empower, move and challenge and seeks to carve out spaces for diverse and experimental voices through her creative practice.
