JUNO are a Meanjin-based alt-pop duo featuring frontwoman Kahlia Ferguson and songwriter/producer & bassist Sam Woods. They exploded onto the scene in 2021 with scintillating energy and crisp pop anthems.

Operating out of a custom-built home studio in the pair’s hometown, Kahlia and Sam began posting to social media snippets of the hooks they were writing. The organic online traction they quickly gained led to a demand for full song releases and live shows. 

JUNO’s live show is every bit as energetic and entertaining as could be expected - especially considering the duo’s musical history. Kahlia has previously seen success as lead singer of Sunflower and family band The Fergies, touring Australia nation-wide, supporting bands like Powderfinger and Jet, as well as playing a host of other major events such as Live en Aout Festival (New Caledonia), Bluesfest, Woodford Folk Festival, Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony & St Kilda Fest.

The last year was a massive one for JUNO, with a host of festivals and support slots including girli (UK), Blu Detiger (US), Peking Duk, Caity Baiser (UK), Anna of the North (NO), Drax Project, Eves Karydas Pacific Avenue, Cody Jon, Chloe Dadd, Selfish Sons, Adrian Dzvuke, and more.
