Talisker beckons adventurous diners to an exclusive, rugged pop-up restaurant for two nights only in collaboration with chef Josh Niland.
Inspired by the untamed, wild spirit of Australia’s oceans, Josh (Restaurateur and Chef at Saint Peter, Charcoal Fish and The Fish Butchery) has joined forces with Talisker to create a wild dining experience Made by the Sea. Josh pairs the raw yet refined flavour profile of Talisker single malt Scotch whisky with a curated, sustainably-sourced seafood menu in this one-of-a-kind pop up restaurant on North Head, NSW.
Taste of Talisker - FINE DINING EXPERIENCE
Join us in Talisker’s unique Boat House on Friday 21 October for an intimate three course dinner prepared and hosted by chef Josh Niland and Talisker Brand Ambassador, Katie Nagar. The menu takes its cues from the distinctive flavours of Talisker whisky (salt, smoke & spice) which you will explore and discover alongside matched drinks from our powerhouse range.
Made by the Sea - WHISKY EXPERIENCE
Join us on Saturday 22 October for a more relaxed Whisky Experience, featuring a guided whisky flight and signature Talisker cocktails matched with a delicious charcuterie board from the team at St Peter. This experience is designed to showcase the unique flavours of Talisker whisky whilst you enjoy stunning coastal views and cocktails around the campfire.
