Geoff Achison has toured the world delivering memorable solo shows with his beloved Gibson guitar. On Sunday 17th November, Geoff celebrates the release of his latest, limited edition vinyl & CD at the Brunswick ballroom.

The new album, titled ‘Don’t Play Guitar Boy’ (after his famous blues tune) is an all-analogue production, featuring some of his best loved songs, and recorded direct to tape with no overdubs.

Performing with his equally famous Gibson guitar, Geoff will also be joined in the second half the show by fellow guitarist Shannon Bourne and Hammond organ maestro Tim Neal, backed up by The Algo-Rhythms (Dean Matters & Robb Dabbs) presenting a retrospective set of Geoff’s material from past releases. Being a limited release, this promises to be a historical event with a hearty fix of old-school blues, fabulous fingerstyle and top-shelf musicianship.

The whole team at the venue are delighted to welcome Geoff to his first ever show at the Brunswick Ballroom.

A well over due visit, come and enjoy the music and stories of a legendary Australian musician.
