G.E.M.S feat: Ally Oliver, Chamberwoman + More
Did you know only two women took home awards at last years APRA Music Awards?
And that for many female and non-binary artists, working in music is a challenging enterprise charged with gender discrimination, sexual harassment, bias and under-resourcing ~ Jessie Tu
G.E.M.S (Gender Equality in Music and Sound) is an intersectional community dedicated to empowering women, gender non-conforming individuals, persons of colour, and other underrepresented groups in music technology, audio production and the music industry.
Our mission is to create an inclusive space for knowledge sharing, networking, and supporting career growth within these historically exclusionary fields.
This event is to platform some of the working musicians and music industry professionals of some of the G.E.M.S group.
