Join Musos Corner and Pete Drummond on Thursday 14th November for a 4-hour interactive drumming masterclass. Pete will take us through a live drum recording session where we will get the opportunity to have a play and analyse the tracks together. He will take you through the full experience of being a session drummer like himself!

About Pete

Pete Drummond is one of Australia’s most phenomenal drummers, celebrated for his innovative approach, technical prowess, and deep-rooted musicality. As a passionate drum educator, Pete has developed unique lessons through DrumDNA.com (http://drumdna.com/). He was invited to the US to appear on DrumChannel.com (http://drumchannel.com/), where he played alongside Thomas Lang and filmed courses based on his DrumDNA philosophy. A member of the iconic 90s band Southern Sons, Pete recently took over from Virgil Donati. His band, The Outernet with Phil Turcio, showcases complex and virtuosic musicality. Pete has graced the covers of Drumhead magazine (USA) and Drumscene. His session credits include The Temptations, Kate Ceberano, Daryl Braithwaite, Thirsty Merc, Choirboys, Lee Kernaghan, Wendy Matthews, Glenn Shorrock (Little River Band), Christine Anu, and Bachelor Girl. He recently performed at the Baked Potato in Los Angeles with Bunny Brunel’s CAB. Pete is endorsed worldwide by Paiste cymbals and DW Drums. 

Beyond the drums, Pete is also a solo artist, having recorded and performed as a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He is a successful composer for film and TV, with his work featured in major productions aired worldwide on Disney, National Geographic, and Discovery Channel
