DJ Pressed + DJ Andrew M are back in Cathedral spinning wax and guiding you through 7 hours of dancefloor antics.

DJ. Crate Digger. Promoter. With more wax than Madame Tussauds, DJ Pressed is the dance floor unifier. DJ Pressed will immerse you in a seamless fusion of UK garage, electro and drum and bass. Featuring a dominant bassline the drum break is often sampled from early recordings of funk to low-down-dirty beats. In 2017 DJ Pressed co-founded The Beat Down which has held many sold out shows. Over the years DJ Pressed has supported: DJ Nu Mark, DJ Yoda, Plump DJs, The Freestylers, Stanton Warriors, Meat Katie, Deekline, Krafty Kuts, Godlands, Aqusky, Rennie Pilgrem, Freq Nasty, Demuja, Smithmonger, Greg Packer and Hot Dub. Like your hopes and dreams, the beats will be broken.

From humble beginnings spinning records on Hobart’s first hip-hop radio shows, to DJing professionally on five continents, Andrew M is back in Tassie, once again spinning records in public. Years of crate digging in New York, London, Tokyo and many points in between have yielded boundless treasures, some of which he will be sharing with us. For your listening pleasure, expect a chilled selection of feel-good after-work vibes, on the funky/soulful/jazzy/hip-hop tip.
