Counterparts are bringing their emotionally charged and unrelenting live performance to Australia in 2025! Following the success of their surprise EP Heaven Let Them Die, the Canadian melodic hardcore powerhouse will embark on their "Heaven Let Them Die" tour, accompanied by rising metalcore stars Dying Wish.

"Heaven Let Them Die represents Counterparts at our most intense — musically, lyrically, and visually," shares frontman Brendan Murphy. "The EP builds on where A Eulogy for Those Still Here left off, capturing how I’ve come to terms with everything foreshadowed in the last release and how it has shaped where I stand today. It’s our most genuine work to date — raw, uncompromising, and unfiltered."

This four-show tour will see Counterparts light up stages across Australia, beginning in Melbourne on June 11 and continuing with stops in Adelaide, Sydney, and Brisbane. Fans can look forward to an emotional and powerful setlist, featuring tracks from the band’s extensive seven-album discography, including highlights from their critically acclaimed 2022 release, A Eulogy for Those Still Here.

Dying Wish both survey and soundtrack this struggle on their second full-length offering, Symptoms of Survival [Sharptone Records]. The Portland, OR quintet—Sam Reynolds [guitar], Pedro Carrillo [guitar], Emma Boster [vocals], Jeff Yambra [drums], and Jon Mackey [bass]—strike a balance between evocative melodies awash in pain and soundscapes born from a chaotic collision of heavy metal and hardcore.
