MOXIE [UK]

Moxie, a London-born DJ, radio host, and label owner, is a powerhouse in dance music, renowned for her deep-rooted influence on the global club and festival circuit. A cornerstone of NTS Radio for over 12 years, her weekly show showcases her iconic voice and expertly curated selections of deep house, Detroit techno, and soulful, percussive sounds, often featuring guest mixes and interviews with artists like Jeff Mills, Four Tet, and DJ Holographic. Beyond the airwaves, Moxie’s masterful DJ sets have graced renowned venues and festivals worldwide, including Panorama Bar, Glastonbury, Bassiani, and Sonar BCN, alongside celebrated mixes for Resident Advisor, BBC Radio 1’s Essential Mix, and Beats In Space. Her multidisciplinary approach extends to her role as founder of On Loop, a label and event series launched in 2016, which has released music from artists like Shanti Celeste and Nicola Cruz and hosted packed parties across Britain and Europe, including a standout 2023 headline event at KOKO. Adding to her versatility, Moxie’s voiceover work—most notably her narration for Resident Advisor’s Narrated Shorts series—cements her as a dynamic force in dance music, tirelessly uplifting the community while shaping its ever-evolving landscape.

MADAM X [UK]

Madam X has spent the last decade reshaping the UK underground as a genre-defying DJ and visionary behind her KAIZEN imprint. Driven by a fierce desire to innovate and a passion for the off-kilter, she’s earned her place as one of the most respected figures in contemporary club music. Her 2024 debut EP Homecoming is a powerful statement of that vision. An expertly crafted release that celebrates her musical roots in rave culture & the 10-year anniversary of KAIZEN, Homecoming pays tribute to the sounds that ignited her passion for the underground while maintaining her commitment to pushing boundaries and rejecting trends. Garnering support from the likes of Jamie XX, Laurent Garnier, and James Blake, with lead track Hoodlum FC rapidly infiltrating playlists & festival sets, few DJs can claim such a monumental response to a debut. Rooted in the pressure of Dubstep & the propulsion of Techno, her bass-driven sets are a masterclass in storytelling, propelled by purposeful intent, sub-heavy drums, and raw energy. Designed for small basements with big sound systems.Through her KAIZEN label and clubnight, she’s helped elevate some of the most exciting, forward-thinking voices in club music, with releases from the likes of Walton, Biome and Cartridge, earning critical acclaim. With a six-year residency on NTS, a tenure on BBC Radio 1, and her monthly show on Athens’ Stegi Radio, when she’s not hosting radio, Madam X tours globally as one of the world’s most in-demand DJs.But it’s not just music that defines Madam X. During the pandemic, she pivoted to create MDMXERCISE, an innovative fusion of music and fitness, designed in collaboration with her sister.  With her eyes firmly set on the future, she remains committed to breaking boundaries, reshaping the underground, and paving the way for the next wave of creative voices.

DENHAM AUDIO [UK]
In a blizzard of breakbeats, b-lines and acid hooks, Denham Audio have brought new urgency and vitality to the modern rave scene. The sound they’re pushing is rooted in the legacy of UK hardcore, but those foundational sounds and styles are given a thorough spruce up, feeding into the buoyant areas of exploration happening between 140 and 160 BPM. Releases have been coming thick and fast, from early outings on Nineteen Ninety Four and Artifice through to a blistering run on WNCL, Frendzone! (alongside Violet), Lobster Theremin, Sneaker Social Club and more. Across these 12”s you can hear every shred of influence spilling out – from the upfront hardcore and jungle through to hip hop and reggae, and beyond the confines of music into sci-fi and anime. As well as a relentless charge of rave-ready EPs and DJ sets spanning the UK and as far as Seoul, Tokyo, Berlin, New York and elsewhere, the Denham Audio pressure also piles into the Club Glow collective. Alongside Borai, LMajor and Mani Festo, Denham are presenting a communal front which first manifested as a tape series and now spans 12” drops, a monthly session on Balamii Radio and coordinated blitzes on appropriately sized dancehalls. It’s a natural extension of Denham’s production endeavours, succinctly captured on the SNKRX05 12” as “16v hatchback breakbeat NRG kickin’ it out of your Kenwood system.” We couldn’t have put it better ourselves.
