FIRST IN, BEST DRESSED is a DJ competition designed by PARTIGIRL to give up-and-coming artists the opportunity to showcase their skills and secure an opening set at a historic and iconic Sydney venue. The competition emphasises the importance of track selection, energy control, and setting the tone for the night. This time is unique, as we are programming the whole night from open to close in the Cave at Chinese Laundry. More than just a competition, FIBD is about celebrating new talent and providing a platform for emerging DJs to break into the scene.
