Due to POPULAR DEMAND, it’s a DISCO EXTRAVAGANZA once again with the fabulous 
BOOGIE-LOVER-BAND, Perth’s premier Disco and Dance sensation!  

After sell out upon sell out, Boogie Lover Band are back once again to reignite the Disco Inferno this summer at the Duke of George!

With pounding four-on-the-floor drums, electrifying guitar rhythms, luscious orchestral/synth arrangements, pumping horns and funky bass lines, this dedicated dance band will positively keep you up on your feet, ‘All Night Long’!  

Having been inspired by the recent visit to Perth by Nile Rogers and CHIC, Boogie Lover Band is excited to debut some of their original material right here at the Duke of George.

Fronted by dazzling divas Bindhu Holavanahalli and Mayumi Burns, the 7 piece band is thrilled to have Steve Vacca on guitar, Francisco Munoz on drums, Peter Robinson on bass, Malcolm Mah on keys and the sensational Steve Searle on horns and a string of toys.

Boogie Lover Band will endeavour to replicate the original sound and vibe of the 70’s and 80’s where melodies and harmonies characterised and permeated the music of Chaka Khan, Donna Summer, Eurythmics, Madonna, Cher, ABBA, Nile Rogers/CHIC, Gloria Gaynor, Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Sister Sledge, The Three Degrees, Kool and the gang, Earth Wind & Fire, Bee Gees, ELO, MJ, Stevie Wonder, Simply Red, Irene Cara, Olivia Newton John, Yes, Cyndi Lauper, The Pointer Sisters, Christopher Cross, The Weather Girls and many more…

It’s gonna be groovy, soulful, funky and far out pumping. You’ll hear not only familiar favourites but long lost one hit wonders as well.  Don’t forget to dress up and wear them boogie shoes, for its time to ‘Get Up And Boogie’ and burn off them extra calories!!!
