Mistletone and The Rechabite are proud to present "Sit Down for Dinner" with Blonde Redhead - an exclusive dinner party at Double Rainbow, along with a headline live performance in The Rechabite Hall the following night.
Dinner Event
Enjoy a beautifully prepared four course meal by Head Chef Navarre Top of Double Rainbow Eating House plus access to a private listening event over dinner, Q&A with the band + a signed copy of the new Blonde Redhead LP, Sit Down For Dinner.
Hosting the night will be Sarah Tout from RTRFM who will guide guests through a bespoke selection of tracks and Q&A with the Band + DJ Axel Carrington spinning vinyl all night long.

Blonde Redhead
Blonde Redhead is an American alternative rock band composed of Kazu Makino (vocals, keyboards, rhythm guitar) and twin brothers Simone (drums, keyboards) and Amedeo Pace (lead guitar, bass, keyboards, vocals) that formed in New York City in 1993. The band's earliest albums were noted for their noise rock influences, though their sound evolved by the early 2000s with the releases of Misery is a Butterfly (2004) and 23 (2007), which both incorporated elements of dream pop, shoegaze and other genres. They have released ten studio albums and have toured internationally.
Their latest record, Sit Down for Dinner is immaculately structured, imbued with sensitivity, clarity, and resolve. Throughout the album, the understated yet visceral melodies create a foil to lyrics about the inescapable struggles of adulthood. Itʼs a meticulous and immersive testament to the unique internal logic Blonde Redhead have refined over their three-decade existence, one characterized by the sense of persistent togetherness.

I would like to book dinner tickets as a group - how do I do this?
Please reach out to hello@therechabite.com.au with your order confirmation, along with the details of the other guests you would like to sit with. Seating is "community style", meaning you may be sat next to people you haven't met prior to the dinner. While we'll do our best to accommodate all group seating requests, seating is on a first come first serve basis.
Do my dinner tickets grant access to the live performance, and vice versa?
No. These are separate ticketed events that each require their own admission ticket for entry.
