Blak & Deadly: The First Nations Gala Concert

First Nations fabulousness in one of the world’s most iconic venues – the Sydney Opera House.

This is your chance to experience a rainbow explosion of Aboriginal and Torres Strait LGBTQIA+ artistry, across a two-hour concert hosted by Steven ‘’Faboriginal’ Oliver. From traditional song, to comedy, pop and ballroom, it’s going to be deadly.

As you sit under the sails of the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall, you are visiting Tubowgule – a place where Aboriginal people have feasted, sung, danced and told stories for many generations. Our country’s past, present and future awaits you in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Made by and for First Nations people, everyone is welcome at this glittering blak carpet event.

Sign up to the Sydney WorldPride newsletter to be the first to know when headliners are announced. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people can access discounted tickets through the Sydney WorldPride MobTix program.

This is an all-ages event but recommended for ages 16+.

ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair accessible, Auslan interpretation, assistive listening technology
