IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

FREE BUSES

Once again, this year we are bringing free shuttle bus services and park and ride buses from around the Sunny Coast (which usually cost $16 per person).

WE WANT TO KEEP YOU SAFE

Importantly, this will stop potential accidents from people walking on the highway and stop the massive traffic congestion at the end of the night.

Whilst this free bus service is costing BPMF loads of money, we feel the safety and enjoyment of our "piney patrons" is paramount.

YOU MUST USE ONE OF THESE SERVICES AS THERE WILL BE NO PARKING OR A DROP OFF/PICK UP ZONE AT THE FESTIVAL SITE. Parking at the festival this year is strictly for disabled, festival performers and festival crew. Please don't attempt to park or pick up/drop off otherwise fines may apply from authorities.

SHUTTLE SERVICES

Buses will take you to and from the designated locations around the Sunshine Coast. This is a return service that runs at the designated times. Please ensure that you book your free bus so we can make sure we get you there on time. Please be aware that shuttle timings are indicative only and you will need to be prepared for potential delays in peak times throughout the day. Make sure you give yourself enough time to catch the bus!

Patrons will be given a Transport Wristband upon Entry. You must book a bus service from your chosen location and receive your Wristband on arrival. Patrons must have a Transport Wristband to gain entry into the festival. No exceptions!

PARK AND RIDE SERVICE

Local, paid and on-street parking is available at the shuttle bus locations; please see parking details when selecting your booking.

BPMF does not take responsibility for your vehicle. Drink Driving is a criminal offence in Australia. Don't drink and drive!

Shuttle Buses will take you to and from the designated park and ride locations, where you can drive and park, Uber or ride share. This shuttle service will run continuously throughout the day and night. TAXI SERVICE

There is an official TAXI rank located at The Big Pineapple Music Festival. Patrons can arrange to take a TAXI directly to and from the event, however, to avoid a long wait or any congestion we suggest you take the Shuttle Bus. Taxi's are limited to please ensure you book ahead.

Patrons will be given a Transport Wristband upon Entry. Patrons must have a Transport Wristband to gain entry into the festival. No exceptions!

UBER

The official festival Uber rank is located at our closest festival shuttle bus location SOON TO BE ANNOUNCED. A shuttle service will operate to this location all day and night. All Uber bookings can be arranged at this location.

TRAIN

For patrons traveling back to Brisbane by train, please be aware that the last inbound train to Brisbane City departing from Nambour Station is at 10:38pm.

Please ensure that you are on a shuttle bus at 9:45pm at the latest to catch this service.

Delays may occur at the end of the event, so please ensure you give yourself plenty of time so that you don't miss the train!

SHUTTLE BUS SAFETY NOTICE

For your safety, security and police will be protecting patrons at our bus stop locations around the Sunshine Coast. Patrons will NOT be allowed to enter the bus if they are found with banned festival items such as alcohol or drugs. INTOXICATED PATRONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE BUS. So, make sure you do the right thing and keep our buses safe.
