We return to Abercrombie for the long weekend on Saturday March 30th with Ricky Nord and a selection of some of Eora’s finest purveyors of Techno and underground rave music. 

Ricky Nord is a DJ and radio host who is the curator and host of Club Elevate, a podcast broadcasted on Area 3000. This features a mix of local and international artists, complete with interviews and fresh music. As a DJ, Ricky explores the higher energy side of music, blending genres such as techno, trance, prog and breakbeat to create an exhilarating yet sentimental experience for his audience. His sets are known for their fast-paced energy and diverse genres of music. 

Aside from his radio show, Ricky is a regular fixture in Naarm/Melbourne's nightlife scene, with residencies at Gold Haus and frequent appearances at clubs such as XE54, New Guernica, The Gasometer, 524 Flinders and The Third Day. Some recent highlights are his Let Them Eat Cake this year and more recently dropping a vinyl-only set at the Gold Haus 5th birthday at Collingwood Children’s Farm. With a passion for diverse genres and a prized vinyl collection, Ricky is always looking to develop, expand, and showcase his sound. 

Club 77 resident Mazzacles and UD resident Jas Manning round out the main room. Upstairs, Izzy Locke returns to UD after 5 years, Nausheen makes her UD debut, UD founder Ulia is back on the ones and twos and prepare for extraction with the Extract The Motion Co-Founder, Rōhan.
