Liverpool born and raised Inafekt makes his Sydney debut for The Abercrombie’s 2nd Birthday!

Rooted in a city renowned for its musical legacy, Inafekt draws inspiration from its rich heritage, honing his craft for over a decade. Seamlessly blending the realms of techno and house with an innovative touch, Inafekt's rise to prominence is marked by a string of electrifying performances across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

His musical prowess extends beyond the stage, with notable releases on esteemed labels including Ministry Of Sound, Correspondant, Bebé, Trick, Ei8ht, and Club Bad. Inafekt's tracks have garnered support from a constellation of stars, including Peggy Gou, Patrick Topping, and Denis Sulta, among others.

Our lineup is booked as a tribute and reflection to the incredible year that’s passed, featuring our longtime collaborators and some people that have been freshly introduced to the scene through the Abercrombie doors.

Rash Bandicoot, Bouki, Banquet and Who’s Driving? have thrown some of our most memorable parties of 2024. Pumping whole-hearted enjoyment through the dancing shoes of our people. Irene J and Pinz join us for the first time since they played for our  KEEP HUSH takeover in August. Obeido joins us after supporting EFAN (UK) for one of our biggest shows of the year!

And joining them are brand new friends ĪZATA, Ebs & Flow, Dunnski, den1m, DJ Mercy, Sez Who, Sam Murdo, Rozo, Wanderson, Maim, Lyssa, Alexios, returning after playing their first ever sets with us throughout the year.

What a ride it’s been. We opened on 23rd December 2022 with a 36-hour party, dancing straight through to 5am Christmas morning with our soon-to-be nearest and dearest. Since then, we’ve shared countless nights and early mornings together.

Over the last two years, we’ve hosted some really special parties, many firsts, international and headlining DJs, secret afterparties, album launches, full venue takeover parties, and countless late nights that tuned into mornings with great memories.

Our venue has been built with the shared vision and collaboration from local creatives and promoters pushing our city's nightlife forward, and The Abercrombie as a home to host these events. Last year for our 1st Birthday we celebrated our local creatives, with 20 local crews taking over the decks. This year we celebrate OUR PEOPLE.

A testament to both our local curators, and the thousands of patrons who've come through our doors and spend their weekends with us underneath the lights.
