Sydney’s A Swift Farewell announce first headline show since February 2020 following the release of their new single ‘Sorry’.

A Swift Farewell are made up of three close friends that pour their heart into every song they create, exploring the dark and vulnerable nuances of life through the power of music. Since mid-2022, the band have spent their time rebranding as a trio and doubling down on their emo roots and influences. With a freshly upgraded live show and plenty of new music on the way, A Swift Farewell are gearing up for a promising start to 2023.

The new single “Sorry” is a heartfelt emo anthem addressing the themes of heartbreak and guilt. "'Sorry' explores a time where I felt like every negative situation I was in was caused by me," explains vocalist Ryo Sprott. “Relationships falling apart, band members leaving, etc., I felt like I was responsible for other people's feelings and for making them leave me.”

To celebrate the single’s release, the band will play a hometown headline show at Oxford Art Factory on March 25. They will be joined by friends Collidescope and Dysfunction.
