RED BULL MUSIC ACADEMY PRESENTS:TA-KU (M)EDIAN - THE DIRECTORS CUT

THE WORLD PREMIERE OF THE PROLIFIC BEATMAKER'S DIRECTORIAL DEBUT FOLLOWED BY AN INTIMATE CONVERSATION WITH THE MAN HIMSELF

Rising to prominence as one of Australia's most in-demand beatmakers, the Perth-based musician Ta-ku (real name Regan Matthews) is fast becoming just as celebrated in the photography, design and fashion worlds. With this commissioned work, the alumnus of Red Bull Music Academy Barcelona in 2008 makes his film directorial debut with (m)edian, a unique look at the city of Sydney. Witness the world premiere of (m)edian before Ta-ku goes in-depth on his creative process in a public conversation..
