Crown Ruler welcomes Lord Echo ft. Mara TK & Lisa Tomlins (Full live Band / NZ) to the circular expanse of The Night Cat on November 25th.
Lord Echo is a New Zealand based multi-instrumentalist, producer, engineer and DJ whose music is expansive in its fusion of all styles from the music spectrum. Keenly, the sonic world he creates is imbued with influence from reggae, latin music, disco, soul and beyond; invigorating them with techno and electronica. Joining him for the soiree is a full live band, featuring Maori-Scottish neo-soul artist Mara TK and unbelievable vocal powerhouse Lisa Tomlins.
Supporting Lord Echo on the night is TEYMORI - the alias behind Amin Payne’s explorations into organic-influenced house music. A TEYMORI set is one that blends the sounds of funk, afro, jazz and percussive rhythms to instigate a journey of sophisticated grooves and unadulterated movement on the dance-floor.

This event will take place on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present; their culture and language; and ongoing resistance against colonialism since 1788. Always Was, Always Will Be.
