Calls to all heathens of the south to assemble for what promises to be an evening of blasphemy, noisecore, and musical intensity in its finest form.

PERMAFOG
Emerging from the shadows of Southern Lutruwita/Tasmania, Permafog has re-emerged after a prolonged hiatus. Their presence was last felt defiling Nipaluna's live scene alongside notable acts like Ruins, King, Abramelin, and Bolzer. Following a focus on recording their highly anticipated debut opus, they're set to make a triumphant return to the live stage at this year's Hexmas celebration.

THREATS
Hometown heroes from Nipaluna/Hobart, THREATS are a frenetic and chaotic maelstrom of fun, brought to life by four fast friends.

SMUG ANIME FACE
Formed in 2018 as part of Little Bands Hobart, sassy noise-punks Smug Anime Face take a DIY approach to producing fast-paced, innovative extreme music. Relentless, idiosyncratic and energetic in both composition and performance, Smug Anime Face combines hyperbolic tone-worship, pop-culture macabre, and ear-splitting frequencies to produce a grizzly, juvenile and utterly discordant cacophony. Be friends with Smug, or else.

SANCT
Prepare for a mind-spinning, bone-rattling experience with SANCT, the technical death-metal outfit from Lutruwita/Tasmania. Their self-titled EP dropped in 2023 – showcasing their ability to pull darker energies into a vortex of sound. They're currently conjuring their debut full-length album, promising an auditory assault that will resonate deeply.

IN THROES
Hailing from Nipaluna/Hobart, In Throes emerged on the Australian post-metal scene in 2023. This formidable quartet, boasting members from several notable bands (Départe, follow, Trespasser, No Haven, and LiesInAshes) delivers a culmination of chaos and oppression through devastating percussion and cathartic, intense guitar lines. Brace yourself for a sonic journey into the depths of their despair.
