• Dress Code: Rave Wear (tns permitted, NO LAD WEAR ALLOWED)

• Car: Parking available at fox studios/surrounding areas
• Uber: Direct to the address.

ID Requirements: Accepted forms include Australian Drivers Licenses, Proof of Age/Photo Card, Keypass ID, and Passport. Entry is at the discretion of Venue Licensee, Security, and NSW Police. International visitors must present a passport. 

Prohibited Items: Masks (refer to venue terms and conditions), liquids, weapons, gum, balloons, large bags, Vics inhalers, unapproved medications, illegal substances, professional cameras, selfie sticks, outside food/drinks. 

Enforcement Measures: Bringing illegal items results in immediate handover to the police. Refusal of entry without a refund for other restricted items. 

Approved Items: LED gloves, GoPros (nothing larger), empty water bottles, small backpacks/bags, prescription medication cleared with organisers. 

Refund Policy / Event Terms & Conditions: Non-refundable tickets. Only purchase from the official page/event to avoid counterfeit tickets. HARDER INDUSTRIES is not liable for tickets from unofficial sources. In the event of an artist's inability to perform, including unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, no refunds will be issued. Changes to the line-up or schedule may occur without notice, and ticket holders acknowledge that such changes do not warrant a refund. This policy aligns with Australian Consumer Law, recognising that unforeseen circumstances can impact events, and refunds are not mandatory.
