Zoe K is a powerful force on the Australian music scene with a remarkable voice that pays tribute to the bygone greats of soul, jazz and blues.

With a new album recorded and produced in both Melbourne and New Orleans, Zoe K's new offering is sure to be a welcome dose of old school substance and style in Australia's already rich, though often manufactured, musical landscape. The album features collaborations with some of New Orleans greatest mainstays such as Mike Bass Ballard (Trombone Shorty) and also NYC based Ray Angry (The Roots, Lauryn Hill) as well as a host of local Melbourne musicians. The album, titled "It's Just What I Like"(MGM Distribution) is a reference to the crossover of Zoe K's original compositions which are jazz, soul and rhythm and blues. Zoe K is launching her album at The Spotted Mallard on April 15th with special guest Loretta Miller (Jazz Party) before she heads back to New Orleans to continue further music collaborations.
