Wehrmacht ….. One the first extremely fast thrash/crossover band was formed in Portland, Oregon, in 1985. Wehrmacht combined the raw chaotic delivery of Hardcore punk with the riffs ,intros and double kick of Metal, playing shows around the time in the USA with Slayer, D.R.I., Corrosion Of Conformity, Suicidal Tendencies, Poison Idea, Exodus, Possessed, Death Angel and The Accused. The Albums, Shark Attack in 1987 and Biermacht in 1989 were released on New Renaissance Records, and then the band split up. Tito Matos and Marco Zorich went on to form Spazztic Blurr and Brian Lehfeldt went to join Cryptic Slaughter.. Lehfeldt also played with Sweaty Nipples and toured with Everclear . On November 15, 2009, the band reunited to play a show with Dirty Rotten Imbeciles. (D.R.I. ) Since then Wehrmacht has Reformed played numerous International Festivals and just recently completed its first ever East coast tour of the Usa in 2013 .
