Chicago natives Twin Peaks, together with Love Police Touring and Caroline Australia are ecstatic to announce their first ever Australian tour – coinciding directly with the release of their forthcoming new album ‘Down In Heaven’.
Twin Peaks Dudes are on a roll. Where they go, the party is sure to follow. This month's SXSW just saw the band make a triumphant return to the festival, ripping up multiple stages in Austin.
Come April, the band will be back to where they're most comfortable - on the road, taking their special brand of DIY fuzz pop direct to the people. April 15 sees Twin Peaks embark on an epic world tour in support of their highly anticipated new album 'Down In Heaven'. The tour will take in multiple U.K dates as well France and Spain, before landing them directly on our shores.
Give Twin Peaks an inch and they'll take a stretch of the road. There'll be late nights, sweaty stages, good times (and even better tunes). And damn.. Australia is ready.
These brash Illinois upstarts have certainly covered a lot of ground in a short amount of time. They've played to ever-increasing crowds, bigger and rowdier each time they come barreling into a city; and they have performed for (and partied with) more than hospitable masses at festivals in the US and Europe, including Pitchfork, Lollapalooza, Reading & Leeds, and Roskilde.
Still riding high on the success of their first single (and triple j favourite) 'Walk To The One You Love', Twin Peaks are more than ready to showcase the rest of 'Down In Heaven' to Australian audiences. The album was co-produced by the band and long-time collaborator R. Andrew Humphrey, and mixed by new confidant John Agnello (Dinosaur Jr., Kurt Vile, Sonic Youth),

Twin Peaks will play three intimate shows in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney before heading back to the U.S for world domination, playing a slew of North American dates reaching right through till late July.
