TICKET RE-SALES - GENERAL INFORMATION

All re-sales have now CLOSED for Splendour In The Grass.

There are no refunds, exchanges, or name changes on any tickets, and tickets can no longer be offered for re-sale. There are also no more tickets available for sale.

A ticket RE-SALE facility is available via Moshtix, allowing those who can no longer attend Splendour in the Grass 2013 the chance to offer their unwanted tickets up for re-sale to another party. For those still wanting to buy a ticket, this will be the ONLY way to secure a legitimate ticket to Splendour in the Grass 2013. Tickets cannot be obtained through any other means, such as online auction sites or by direct transfer from another individual.

Those intending to offer their unwanted event and/or camping tickets for SALE may do so from 9am Tuesday 4 June until 5pm on Saturday 20 July. This RE-SALE facility will allow you to offer your tickets for sale through moshtix, giving you the opportunity to get your money back (minus $20 re-sale fee & minus original booking fees).

Those wanting to BUY a ticket have the opportunity to do so, subject to availability, from 9am Wednesday 5 June until 5pm Sunday 21 July, 2013. Tickets offered for Re-sale will be made available at the regular, advertised price. We are unable to predict how many tickets will be returned, or when tickets may be available during the re-sale period.

As the original purchaser, you will be able to offer your ticket(s) for resale, and will be charged a resale fee of $20 upfront.. If your ticket is then sold through Moshtix your ticket will be cancelled and the original amount paid for the ticket, less booking fees will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. You will be notified via email once the refund for a resold ticket has been processed. This can take up to 5-10 business days after the ticket has been resold.

You can check the status of your tickets offered for re-sale by logging in to your moshtix account, and viewing your bookings.

If your ticket remains unsold after 5pm Sunday 21st July, the ticket remains valid and is deemed the property of the original purchaser. You will still be able to use your ticket to attend the festival. In this instance, the resale fee paid will be refunded to the credit card used for this resale service charge. This can take up to 5-10 business days.

Sellers cannot nominate a preferred purchaser. Returned tickets go into a general 'pool' available for purchase by other, unknown persons.

Tickets can only be offered for resale by the original purchaser of the tickets. If you are a ticket holder and wish to offer your ticket for re-sale, but are not the original purchaser, you will need to arrange the resale of your ticket with them.

THIS IS NOT A DIRECT REFUND SYSTEM. Sellers are not guaranteed a refund (less fees) UNLESSanother person buys their unwanted ticket through the Moshtix ticketing system.

Important:

DO NOT purchase tickets from unauthorised re-sellers or online auction sites such as eBay or Gumtree. These tickets are likely to be fakes and you will lose your money and you will not be admitted to the festival.

The festival and Moshtix cannot assist you if you buy tickets through any means other than the official Moshtix facility. If someone is telling you they can change the name and date of birth details on a ticket, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Instead, report them to Moshtix via ticketsupport.moshtix.com.au

This year SPLENDOUR IN THE GRASS finally moves to its idyllic, permanent home at North Byron Parklands. Picture wide green meadows, flower covered dams, trees, trees and more trees. From July 26 - 28 this eden will be transformed into a nirvana for music and arts enthusiasts.

Splendour's beautiful new venue has loads of space for camping onsite. With flat open fields to set up your very own festival crib and up to 5 nights available, it's an easy and super affordable way to experience Splendour. CAR PASSES

In an effort to radically reduce traffic congestion, Splendour will be implementing a car pass system that will encourage carpooling. This is a system that has been successfully deployed in the past. Vehicle Entry Passes will be required for all vehicles entering the site. Stay tuned for more info on how you can get your hands on one.

TRANSPORT

Regular shuttles will run between surrounding areas and North Byron Parklands, including Byron Bay, Brunswick Heads, Ocean Shores, South Golden Beach, North Ocean Shores, New Brighton, Mullumbimby, Ballina, Lennox Head, Bangalow, Tweed Heads and Coolangatta. Shuttle tickets will be available in advance from Moshtix from June 12. More details coming to splendourinthegrass.com soon!
