Italian-born, Sydney-based producer RIBONGIA & contemporary soul man KLUE announce their dual EP launch show; with Ribongia celebrating his ESCAPISMS EP (via October Records) and Klue celebrating his debut DAYBREAK EP (via etcetc) at The Factory Theatre, presented by FBI, FBiClick and Bare Necessities.

Ribongia

Ribongia's 2014 debut release It Began featured tracks such as "It Began" and "Gazela" and gained support from early adopters like Skrillex's NestHQ, Nina Las Vegas, Sinden and Aston Shuffle and introduced audiences to his distinctive style of worldly electronic music.

The ESCAPISMS EP features previously released singles "Journeys" and "My Word" featuring emcee Hancoq of the Melbourne-based hip-hop collective ESESE, both which received support across Triple J and community radio nation wide. Of the release, Ribongia (Antonio Rosselli Del Turco) says "Music offers me an escape. With ESCAPISMS, I wanted to try & share that with others by taking people halfway around the world through their headphones."

Known for incorporating and celebrating native African sounds such as Azonto, Gqom and Shaangan Electro together with a careful blend of trap and footwork genres, Ribongia's music reflects his curious mind and cutting edge style like no other.

Having just toured across Europe with Hermitude, as well as being added to the Splendour in the Grass 2016 line up, Ribongia's live set up of synths, samplers, marimba & an array of instruments is one not to be missed.

Klue

Contemporary soul man, Klue aka Gabriel Clouston is equal parts, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer who is crafting a unique musical identity. Already receiving shout outs from Hermitude as a 'Top Aussie Producer to Watch' his sound is a mix of afro-beat, garage and funk, proves an exciting development in the Australian sound.

Just a few months ago Klue burst into our lives with an incredible track called "Hiding", which had many heads turning and built anticipation for what else this Aussie musician has up his sleeve. The answer to that is a four-track debut EP Daybreak, due for release May 17th. Klue's singles "Hiding" & "Way I'm Loving You" accrued the support of Triple J, FBI, Indie Shuffle, Faster Louder, Rip It Up, an FBi 'Artist of the Week' credit, Faster Louder's '8 Aussie Songs You Need To Hear' as well as national radio support from Richard Kingsmill, Linda Marigliano, KLP, The Aston Shuffle, Declan Byrne and Dave Ruby Howe (Triple J Unearthed).

This Summer, Klue stormed onto the live touring scene in Australia with his debut tour of 14 shows supporting his single "Hiding", including main stage festival performances at Subsonic NSW, Rainbow Serpent VIC, Goat Island Sounds NSW, Rabbits Eat Lettuce QLD, plus supported Kilter on his national tour hitting all cap cities
