P.Smurf, founding member of Big Village Records, Daily Meds, Reverse Polarities and Sketch The Rhyme, is going on tour to celebrate his recent release, the "Champion Sound Remixtape". He will be trekking up and down the east coast of Australia from April 1st to May 14th, with his counterpart DJ Cost, supplying audiences with their trade mark high energy, fast paced, heavy hitting live show.

The 'Champion Sound Remixtape' is a tribute to the J Dilla and Madlib 2003 classic "Champion Sound" LP. The 'Champion Sound Remixtape' release takes the listener on a journey into a vibrant world of braggadocios storytelling and heartfelt personal dramas to hard hitting and often comical shots at social disarray.

The digital mixtape release coincides with an original comic book release of the same title, by illustrator Sam Clouston, which tells a story of disruption, addiction and corruption inside Smurf Village.
